Hand Insertion Operator – SMT Factory 手插操作員 – 表面黏著技術（SMT）廠區

Job Responsibilities｜工作內容： • Perform manual insertion of through-hole components onto PCBs according to work instructions and drawings 根據作業指示與圖面，手動插入穿孔元件至電路板 • Verify component orientation, part numbers, and placement accuracy before soldering 確認元件方向、料號與插入位置正確性，避免焊接錯誤 • Assist with wave soldering preparation and post-soldering inspection 協助波焊前準備與焊接後檢查作業 • Conduct visual inspection for solder quality, bridging, and missing components 執行目視檢查，確認焊點品質、是否有短路或漏件 • Maintain cleanliness and ESD safety in the work area 維持工作區清潔並遵守靜電防護規範 • Complete production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) 填寫生產紀錄並遵守標準作業程序 • Cooperate with line leaders and engineers to resolve basic process issues 配合線長與工程師處理基本製程問題
