Job Responsibilities｜工作內容： • Operate SMT production equipment including solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens 操作SMT生產設備，包括錫膏印刷機、貼片機與迴焊爐 • Perform basic machine setup, changeover, and parameter adjustments under supervision 在主管指導下進行設備基本設定、換線與參數調整 • Conduct visual inspection and assist with AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) operations 執行目視檢查並協助AOI自動光學檢測作業 • Monitor production line status and report abnormalities to technicians or engineers 監控生產線狀況，並回報異常給技術員或工程師 • Handle materials loading/unloading and ensure correct component placement 負責物料上下料，並確保元件正確放置 • Maintain cleanliness and ESD safety in the work area 維持工作區清潔並遵守靜電防護規範 • Complete production records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) 填寫生產紀錄並遵守標準作業程序
