Responsibilities - Expand business with semiconductor fabs, IDMs, and OSATs by promoting AI-based defect classification and inspection solutions - Leverage professional networks to build relationships with decision-makers in Operations, Yield/Quality, AOI, and Digital Transformation - Conduct consultative sales to demonstrate the value of AI in defect classification, root-cause analysis, and process optimization - Manage long-cycle enterprise sales processes, from requirements discovery and proposal development to ROI modeling and deal closure - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, applying frameworks such as MEDDIC for accurate and transparent forecasting - Establish strategic partnerships with customers to drive AI adoption across multiple sites and applications

Requirements - Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and inspection workflows (AOI/AVI, SEM, etc.) - Proven network and sales experience with semiconductor fabs, IDMs, and OSATs - Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions such as AI, inspection, or automation systems - Track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing environment
