Motor Operator – Mass Production (MP) 馬達操作員 – 量產階段

Qualifications｜資格條件： • Junior high school or above; vocational training in electronics or mechanics preferred 國中以上學歷，具電子或機械相關職訓背景者佳 • 1+ year experience in motor assembly or testing preferred 具備1年以上馬達組裝或測試經驗者佳 • Basic understanding of motor types (e.g., DC, stepper, servo) and wiring principles 具備基本馬達種類（如直流、步進、伺服）與接線原理認識 • Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and discipline 手眼協調佳、細心度高、具備良好作業紀律 • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime 可配合輪班與加班需求 Work Schedule & Location｜工作時間與地點： • Rotating shifts (Day/Night), 5 days per week 輪班制（白班／夜班），每週五天 • Location: New Taipei City (motor production site) 地點：新北市（馬達生產廠區） Compensation & Benefits｜薪資與福利： • Monthly salary: NT$30,000–NT$42,000 (based on experience and shift) 月薪：NT$30,000–NT$42,000（依經驗與班別調整） • Benefits include labor/health insurance, shift allowance, annual bonus, and paid leave 福利包含勞健保、輪班津貼、年終獎金與特休制度
