Function 職能 ⦁ Ensure that the plants are operated in an optimized production condition. Evaluates measures and conditions for improvement in the production processes. Studies operational parameters and recommends implementation for further improvement. Ensures that information flow of new implementations (projects, MOC, process parameter changes) are communicated to the shift. 確保工廠在最佳生產條件下運行, 評估改善生產製程的措施和條件,研究生產參數並建議實施以進一步改進;確保將新實施 (項目,MOC,工藝參數變更) 的信息流傳達給各班組長。 ⦁ Responsible for WIP/FG yield, equipment stability and reliability and operation procedure smooth with continuously improvement and sustain. 負責WIP/FG良率,設備運作穩定及可靠性性及人員操作順暢性,持續改善及維持. Responsibilities職責範圍 1.Responsible for process optimization (procedures, automation, and operator systems) by collecting/learning best practice and tools, e.g. AE tools. 負責製程優化,藉由AE tool收集和分析最佳作業以改善生產程序,自動化和操作系統等 2.Responsible for establishment, optimization, update and further development of process documentation, including SOP, WI and forms. Ensure process controlled as process setting, equipment condition and operation to stabilize process and quality. 負責文件的建立, 優化及更新,包括SOP,WI和表單。確保製程條件, 設備狀況, 人員操作與表單相符, 達到製程控制及品質穩定效果. 3.Responsible for timely trouble shooting and improvement for quality, ensure good yield. 負責即時的品質異常解決及相關改善措施的提出與執行, 維持良好良率. 4.Responsible for NCM cases investigation and following effective measures for sustainable and no repeat abnormality. 負責NCM調查及提出有效之改善措施, 維持產品品質, 避免再發. 5.Supervises Management of Change (MOC) documentation flow to ensure completion of the various approvals, implementations, safety review recommendations and document updates. Ensures information of such MOCs are cascaded down to production staff. Required to generate of new and revised procedures with the help of production staff for new MOCs. Similarly involved in CapEx/OpEx improvement projects, new technology product implement and new product development. 監督變更管理(MOC)文件流程,確保完成各種審批,執行,安全審查建議和文件更新。 確保這些MOCs的信息正確的傳遞到生產人員。 隨著新的MOC的執行,需要與生產單位覆核新的修訂程序。對於新的投資案, 新技術及產品引進, 新產品開發亦同。 6.Implement process training / communication programs for plant production staff with new or revised findings or project implementation.
