With production sites in Asia and a focus on innovation and quality, the company helps footwear brands bring ideas to life efficiently and reliably. 【Responsibilities】 - Supervising project development from initial tech pack to successful commercialization. - Championing customer needs by driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, high-impact product solutions. - Regularly monitoring customer feedback to identify improvements/ investment areas, enhance product and service quality. - Building and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, contribute to sustained business growth. - Ability to travel internationally. 【必要條件】 ✓ 5years+ experience of managing product developemtn in Footwear industry. ✓ Knowledge/experience with injection molding processing and tooling is preferred. ✓ Proactive planning, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of the client's business goals and challenges. ✓ Good critical thinking and problem-solving. ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
