【 Position Overview】 1. Develop new markets, new customers and new opportunities. 2. Manage accounts design in activities, coordinate cross division for customer service, FAE support, order fulfillment and quality issues, forecast for incoming and existing program demands, maintain customer relationship and collect market information. 3. Follow up company and manager's instructions. 【 Responsibilities】 1. Primary responsibility includes finding, generating and developing new business opportunities, design sockets in order to sell all company’s products to the customers. 2. Responsible for account development and/or expanding demand creation in existing accounts. 3. Creates awareness and demand for company products. 4. Account penetration & customer relationship management to generate revenue to achieve revenue goal. 5. Be familiar with market & product trend strategy. 6. Collaborate and support global cross-region account business. 7. Follow up company and manager's instructions. 8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. At least of 5 years account/sales working experience. 2. Good communication & listener, Self motivated, Mental toughness, target/result oriented, innovative, problem solving skill. 3. Fluent in both of English and Mandarin. 4. Strong team player with collaborative mindset. 5. Preferred to be familiar with the filed of NBPC, Automotive, consumer Video products or IC Device.
