Our mission is to overcome the limitations of traditional manufacturing methods and unlock the full potential of quantum dot technology. *Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantum Dot Assistant Chemical Engineer to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. In this role, you will support the preparation and handling of quantum dot precursors, assist in synthesis operations, and perform key post-synthesis processes such as centrifugation and purification. This position provides hands-on experience in advanced nanomaterial processing and exposure to AI-driven automation in chemical synthesis. *Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation and mixing of QD precursors according to standard operating procedures. 2. Operate and maintain centrifuges and related equipment for QD purification and separation. 3. Support synthesis experiments, ensuring accurate reagent measurements and safe handling of chemicals. 4. Assist senior chemists in optimizing precursor formulations and post-synthesis workflows. 5. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures to maintain a safe laboratory environment. *Required Skills and Experience: 1. Background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. 2. Basic knowledge of wet-chemical laboratory practices and materials synthesis. 3. Experience with centrifugation, filtration, or precipitation techniques in a laboratory setting. 4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. 5. Ability to follow SOPs, record experimental data, and work collaboratively with senior team members. *Preferred Skills and Experience: 1. Hands-on experience with quantum dot or nanomaterial synthesis. 2. Familiarity with glove box or inert atmosphere operations. 3. Experience in handling air/moisture-sensitive precursors. 4.
