Your Role: As a Senior/Assistant Manager in Customer Service, you will take the lead on customer and product development projects, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure products meet expectations and deliver value. You will be a key link between the company and global markets, participating in overseas client visits and international trade shows to strengthen business relationships. This role also involves guiding and supporting the development team, tackling complex challenges, and finding ways to make processes more efficient, ensuring projects run smoothly and client goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities: ・Have at least 5 years of experience in sales or customer service management. ・Fluent in English; international work experience or collaboration with overseas clients is a plus. ・Manage and coordinate product development projects, ensuring timelines and quality targets are met. ・Assist in handling complex customer complaints, providing analysis and improvement solutions. ・Communicate closely with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution. ・Plan and participate in trade shows in the US and overseas client visits. ・Lead and support the department team, assisting colleagues in completing tasks. ・Willingness to work long-term in Vietnam. 【工作介紹】 1. 具至少五年以上銷售或客戶維護主管經驗。 2. 英文流利,具海外工作或跨國客戶合作經驗者佳。 3. 負責產品開發專案的統籌與組織,確保進度與品質達標。 4. 協助處理較複雜的客訴議題,提供分析與改善方案。 5. 與品質、研發及生產部門緊密溝通,確保專案順利執行。 6. 規劃並參與美國展會及海外客戶拜訪。 7. 帶領部門團隊,協助同仁完成任務。 8. 上級主管交辦其他事項。 9. 本職位需長期駐越南工作。
