工作內容

1.Provide first-level support to internal users at the Taiwan Hsinchu office (troubleshooting, assistance, ticketing). 2.Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software modules (Production Orders, Warehouse, Service, etc.). 3.Write clean, maintainable code in C# and perform queries on Microsoft SQL Server databases. 4.Support the creation and consumption of REST APIs used across the application. 5.Collaborate with the development team to implement UI components using Telerik and Blazor. 6.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation. (Optional) Assist in generating reports or dashboards using Power BI. 7.Communicate effectively in English with remote teams and document work accordingly.

Requirements *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in software development, ideally in ERP or business application environments. *Solid understanding of business processes such as manufacturing, inventory, and service workflows *Experience working in an international team or abroad is highly valued Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential. *Strong problem-solving and communication skills. *Self-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently with remote teams.
