工作內容

【Position Summary】 Formosa Pharmaceuticals invites a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as the head of Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property. The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, patents, and other legal documents, both independently and in collaboration with legal professionals, within the context of local and foreign regulations. The candidate will provide an opinion on the structuring of new business transactions and will coordinate and communicate with external counsel as needed. 【Job Responsibility】 • Intimately understand corporate assets and strategies and provide opinions and recommendations according to the business case • Collaborate with an international, multi-disciplinary development team (RD, PM, BD, FIN) to create coordinated plans for business demands and growth • Provide legal assistance to various business units when needed • Manage corporate contract database and continually update, monitor, and maintain existing contracts, patents, and trademarks • Foster/promote collaborative relationships with colleagues and partners 【Technical requirements】 • Strong organizational and decision-making skills • Ability to understand supply and demand requirements related to the company's products and strategy • Generation and review of clear legal and IP reports to support business endeavors 【Minimum Qualifications】 • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience and proficiency in legal and IP affairs and strategy • Excellent communication proficiency in written and spoken English • Candidates with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific experience will be given preference
