英語老師 (English Teacher)

1. Basic Qualifications *Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field preferred). *Native or near-native English proficiency. *Minimum 1–2 years of English teaching experience (kids or teens preferred). *Eligible for a work permit and ARC in Taiwan (for foreign teachers). 2. Professional Skills *Familiar with communicative and student-centered teaching methods. *Able to design engaging lessons with interactive activities, songs, games, and group work. *Competent in classroom management and student motivation. *Able to assess and track students’ progress effectively. 3. Personality & Work Attitude *Patient, energetic, creative, and responsible. *Enjoys working with children and passionate about education. *Willing to collaborate with local teachers and follow school curriculum guidelines. *Open-minded and adaptable to cultural differences. 4. Work Details * Position: Full-time English Teacher * Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 25–30 teaching hours per week * Students: Elementary to junior high level * Curriculum: Based on school-provided materials (e.g., *Oxford*, *Everybody Up*, *Phonics World*, etc.) * Location: [Insert city / district] * Salary: [Insert range, e.g. NT$70,000–85,000/month, depending on experience] 5.
