● Excellent written and oral English and Mandarin skills are a must, and Cantonese written and oral is a bonus ● Military or law enforcement experience in addition to 5+ years experience in a physical security operations or management role, including 2 years at a similar tech company ● Recent hands-on experience throughout the region is mandatory ● Creative 'can do' attitude towards problem-solving ● Attention to detail in both written and oral communication ● Ability to handle security challenges in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment ● Comfortable with ambiguity ● Able to scale with the business and thrive in a rapid growth environment ● Experience managing contract security services ● A well-established professional network of security, law enforcement, and/or military contacts within the region ● Capable of fostering a culture of Trust, Honesty and Integrity ● Travel may be required
