Key Responsibilities: (1) Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and product adoption in the U.S. (2) Plan and manage online/offline marketing campaigns, including website, social media, and trade shows. (3) Create localized marketing materials — brochures, case studies, videos, and digital ads. (4) Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads and support distributor marketing. (5) Manage PR and partnership outreach with U.S. agtech media, accelerators, and associations. Qualifications: (1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communication, or Business-related field. (2) At least 2 years of marketing experience for the U.S. market (AgTech, hardware, or B2B preferred). (3) Experience in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO) and event coordination. (4) Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and ability to work independently with global teams. Plus: (1) Experience working in startups or international marketing teams.
