工作內容

This role will work closely with manufacturing, project managers, order management, trade, quality control ,3PL and customer freight forwarders in defining outbound freight process, managing operations, ensure quality control and report/monitor on process effectiveness Excellent communications, analytics and problem-solving skills are a necessity along with the agility to respond in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do (Job Description) This individual will report to the SGP Outbound Operations manager. 1)Actively participate and lead cross functional teams to ensure on time customer shipment readiness. 2)Develop and understand warehouse and transportation operational capacity. 3)Communicate capacity requirements for revenue shipments. 4)Proactively work with internal account teams and sales team to highlight potential risks areas and jointly work on alternative options plan if necessary. 5)Manage 3rd party logistics provider in the day-to-day executions of FGI warehouse, transport operations and crating. 6)Establish Key Process Indicators (KPI) and Scorecard metrics. Established dashboard, reports to maintain and ensure performance and drive 3PL on corrective actions. 7)Monitor and manage plant to plant materials delivery time lines and effectiveness Actively participate and lead cross functional teams (GSOE , SCOE, GSM) in outbound process designs and improvement implementation. 8)Actively participate and contribute to freight planning, packaging and quality improvement initiatives for manufacturing. 9)Responsible for warehouse inventory control and finance reporting. 10)Drive excess/aging inventory reduction through 3PL management, collaboration with cross functional teams 11)Develop prevention plan to reduce potential impacts to monthly KPI. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. More than 3 years planning experience ,min. 1 year of supervisor experience 2 .Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to maximize capacity and output. 3. Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency. 4. Excellent MS office skill and English. 5. Good communication and team player. 6. Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills. What Will Put You Ahead 1. SAP/APS, info nexus ,every angle experience is preferred. 2. Manufacturing background. 3. VSM (value stream) and PJM (project management) experience. 4. CPIM training is preferred At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
