This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Position: Manager, HRM- Dispatched Management What will you do? 1.Dispatched management -Strategic Vendor management -Dispatched operation in volume -Dispatch management process review, update and enhancement 2. Dispatch HR Metrics management -Build and drive dispatch data analytic to support decision making process 3.Dispatch employee lifecycle management： -Employee data collection and verification  -Assist in resolving employee issues and provide necessary support. -Work with business and vendors to oversee Dispatch employee performance and take necessary actions. 4. Support in operational HRBP objectives. 5. Other Administrative Tasks:  -Handle and oversee other HR-related administrative tasks. Qualifications and key skills 1. 8-10+ years of solid experience in HR operations or administration. Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related sub-regulations.  2. Experience handling dispatch workers for a large employee base.  Excellent data processing skills and high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   3. Experience in HRM system management; Workday system experience is highly preferred.  4.
