測試工程師 QA Engineer

Position Overview We are a fast-growing startup building a next-generation creator platform that combines: 　￭ A mobile app featuring image, text, and live-stream content 　￭ A backend management system for creators and operations teams Our mission is to empower creators to earn through content, community, and interaction. We are looking for our first QA Engineer — someone who can balance hands-on testing with process design, and help us build a solid quality foundation as the product scales. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for establishing and executing end-to-end quality assurance processes across mobile and backend systems, ensuring stability and reliability as the product evolves rapidly. Core Responsibilities 1. Test Planning & Execution 　￭ Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and reports 　￭ Conduct manual testing for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web admin systems 　￭ Test high-risk features such as live streaming, payment, and user interactions 　￭ Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end tests prior to each release 2. Automation & Framework Setup 　￭ Collaborate with developers to establish and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Airtest, Maestro, or similar tools) 　￭ Set up test data, staging environments, and version management 　￭ Introduce basic CI/CD test pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) 3. Process Design & Quality Governance 　￭ Define QA workflow, bug reporting standards, and release checklists 　￭ Participate in Scrum ceremonies to align testing efforts with sprint goals 　￭ Advocate for quality culture and proactively identify potential risks 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration 　￭ Work closely with PMs, engineers, designers, and operations teams 　￭ Reproduce, prioritize, and validate reported issues 　￭ Communicate test results clearly and drive continuous improvement Requirements Must-Have 　￭ 3+ years of software QA experience, including mobile app testing (iOS/Android) 　￭ Strong knowledge of manual testing and test documentation best practices 　￭ Experience with automation testing tools (Airtest, Maestro, Appium, or equivalent) 　￭ Familiarity with API testing and data validation (REST / GraphQL) 　￭ Experience with QA management tools such as Testmo or Qase 　￭ Solid understanding of Scrum / Agile processes 　￭ Experience testing internet products with both frontend and backend components 　￭ Hands-on experience validating system behavior under high concurrency / high-load scenarios 　￭ Ability to plan and execute QA strategies independently, balancing both hands-on and strategic work Nice to Have 　￭ Experience implementing CI/CD test pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) 　￭ Familiarity with live streaming and payment SDK testing (e.g. WebRTC, RTMP, payment gateways) 　￭ Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, and Charles Proxy 　￭ Prior experience in startups or 0→1 product development environments 　￭ Experience designing load or stress testing scenarios simulating thousands of concurrent users
