[Responsibilities] • Lead overall operations and growth of Taiwan’s BPO and information & process management services, including strategy formulation, business development and market expansion. • Take full P&L ownership—monitor revenue, cost and profitability metrics, and implement initiatives to drive operational excellence. • Develop and optimise service delivery models and process standards to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business development, operations, finance and customer management to ensure service quality and contractual fulfilment. • Conduct market and industry analysis to identify business opportunities and lead execution with a data-driven approach. • Lead, coach and develop the team (including department heads and project managers) through performance management, resource allocation and capability building.

[Qualifications] • Bachelor's Degree, Master's in Business Administration preferred. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in BPO, process management, operations or enterprise service delivery, with proven P&L or operational leadership experience. • Strong understanding of process optimisation, cost control and KPI management. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial insight. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive change and collaborate across functions. • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt a plus. • experience in multinational or regional operations preferred. • Fluent English (verbal and written) and Fluent Local Language (verbal).
