• At least 4-year sales function experiences, amongst 2-years in sales manager experience.
• Familiar with Oncology therapeutic area is a plus.
• Familiar to work in multi-national pharmaceutical related industry.
• Fluent in Mandarins, good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
• Self-motivated and act as a good team player.
• Good organizational skills, strong strategic thinking with desire to proactively execute/implement, cooperative and result-oriented and time management skills.
• Excellent negotiation skill and interpersonal skills.
• Timely, effective and proactive response to problems and issues.
