工作內容

.Effectively introduce of new products/ new indications into the
market for the widest commercial indications (reimbursement criteria),
at a price reflecting the value of the innovation and the benefits
(Efficacy/Safety/ Clinical outcome) of compounds.
.Actively cross-functional and regional interaction to plan and
implement overall Market Access strategy in line with cross-functional/
local / regional strategy and objectives. Global/ regional and local
coordination to develop compelling value story (PnR dossier), Health
Technology Assessment and health economic models if needed.
.Develop engagement plan and build strong relationship with key
stakeholders. Ensure qualitative approach with deeper understanding
of patient needs and science of products to communicate the value
propositions. Develop the analytical, strategic and innovative approach
for access negotiations.
.Constantly monitor healthcare environmental changes and deeper
understand the industry Market Access knowledge to transform into strategy/ tactics and proactive actions to meet Market Access objectives and keep sustainable competitive advantage.
.Report the reimbursement price development and timeline for
application in the corporate price database (CPD).

其他條件:
.Bachelor or above graduate with pharmacy or medical science related field.
.At least 3 years of work experience in pharma, ideally commercial
(marketing/ sales or market access) or medical experience for more than 2 years.
.Post graduate training on a subject area related to pharmacy (life science),
health policy, or HEOR.
.Strong understanding of pricing and market access regulations,
dynamics and strategies across regions.
.Knowledge and experience on how to use economic and clinical data to deliver health economics studies.
.Knowledge of various pricing options as applicable to different types of customers (government payers, out-of-pocket, and/or mixed).
.Self-starter with strong project management & analytical skills and able
to prioritize & deliver high quality, accurate work within tight timeline.
.High degree of interpersonal and interdisciplinary skills, ability
to interact & influence cross-functional teams in exploring innovative approaches.
.Good English skills in both verbal and written.
.Job title is subjected to the candidate’s qualification.
