Job Description
1. Formulate, complete and execute account plans for identified clients in the assigned portfolio with the senior bankers to increase share of wallet size.
2. Corp. wealth and T&M revenue, more diverse products knowledge and revenue generation abilities aside from Corp. loan.
3. Develop Institutional Banking Group 4 activities which include exploring new products/clients in line with the Bank's objectives
4. Evaluate the credit-worthiness of customers and recommends appropriate proposal taking into account the Bank's objectives, customer's requirement and overall market conditions and industry trends
5. Ensure timely submission of RFP (Request for proposal), pitches, meeting deal execution timelines, preparation for credit memos and supervision reports
6. Prepare financial models with P&L, B/S & cash-flow projections based on sound business and market assumptions
7. Proactive monitoring and management of accounts, being alert to credit deterioration or improvement, and taking timely action including elevation to senior bankers and credit
8. Conceptualize and undertake corporate finance analysis, including capital structure analysis, valuation analysis using DCF and comparable
9. Handle loan & security documentation negotiations
10. Liaise with Corporate Banking various department (such as Credit & Credit Control, T&M, Operations and other Product Groups) to achieve a smooth workflow in the processing of customer's request.

· Job Content:
1. Undertake / provide trust accounting (opening, servicing, closing) activities for WPB customers.
2. Control/ manage and ensure transactions quality assurance.
3. Perform productive and value added services.
4.Process the daily operation in the corporate security section and ensure that all security documents required from Wholesales customers are perfect and kept in good order to provide optimum security for the Bank.
5.To maintain HSBC internal and external standard, including timely implementation of internal & external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators & Group Compliance Policy, to be aware of the Operational Risk (People, Process, System and external Event), and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring.
1. Assist Account Officer in daily administrative to promote business efficiently and smoothly.
2. Assist Account Officer on transactions (Loan, Deposit, FX & CMS, etc.), documentation, filing, quotation, coordination, etc.
3. Support to conduct KYC.
4. Other assignment and instruction by the Department Head.

Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload
