負責產品品質檢驗、風險預防與持續改善，確保量產及客製化產品的穩定性與客戶滿意度，主要包含： 1. 新檢測法開發：建立並優化 IQC、IPQC、FQC、OQC 等檢驗方法，提升品管效能。 2. 品質控制與數據分析：運用 CTQ、SPC、MSA、FMEA 等工具，進行異常分析、製程變更風險評估與可靠度驗證。 3. 客戶與供應商管理：回應客戶品質需求與稽核，執行 8D Report；推動供應商品質提升。 4. 推動綠色製程(3R)及相關品質研究專案。 5. 具 ISO 9001 / IATF 16949品質管理系統經驗為佳。
