• Create a detailed project Execution Plan including goals & deliverables.
• Monitor project Progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Manage Budgeting and Forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet Quality standards and client expectations.
• Team Management. Assembling and leading project teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration. Allocating and managing resources (human, financial, material) effectively.
• Project Closure. Ensuring proper documentation, handover, and evaluation of project outcomes.
• To direct and manage the performances of responsibilities delegated to the subordinate staff employed in the Project.
• Monitoring and Control. Tracking project progress against plans, identifying deviations, and taking corrective actions.
• To maintain professional relationships with Owner, Client, Consultant and Local Authorities.
• To monitor performance of subordinate staff employed in project and to identify deficiency and initiate both training on and off site for the staff development.
• Good morale promotion, team spirit, industrial relations and enforce discipline where necessary.
