COAST位於台北晶華酒店地下二樓,與泰國廚神Ian Kittichai 攜手, 為台北第一家以當代沿岸料理(Modern Coastal Cuisine ) 為訴求,專注展現食材鮮甜的料理型態。
COAST 精選台灣時令海鮮,運用法式料理烹調技巧、融合泰菜經典香料組合與風味,呈現新穎、現代的餐飲體驗。為確保用料為最高品質的食材,主廚親至產地精選食材、季季更換不同菜單,為客人帶來無與倫比的沿海饗宴。
【工作內容】
1.負責跑菜、收拾餐盤、上餐具、擦酒杯餐具、外場送餐及協助完成交付的清潔工作。
2.負責客人倒水、須能基本介紹菜色等工作。
3.於客人用餐完畢後,負責收拾碗盤與清理環境。
4.基本口條清晰,手腳俐落。

【工作時間】
• 下午6:00 PM 至 10:30 PM (可調整)
• 一週需要至少能排班3天以上

Your Key Responsibilities
※Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival
※Present and serve wine and beverages with confidence
※Clearly explain our restaurant concept, service approach, and menu offerings
※Assist guests with menu selections and coordinate service between kitchen and front of house
※Perform elegant tableside service and presentations
※Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service
※Confirm order details and handle billing with accuracy
※Work closely with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile
