1.Drive Business Development Activities
(1)Drug Business: Responsible for key aspects of business development for the drug development pipeline, focusing on company’s lead compound Antroquinonol, including meeting with potential partners, presenting and discussing Antroquinonol clinical data, develop out-licensing plans, attend international conferences etc
(2)Food Supplement Business: Promote and expand the company’s Food Supplement line across key regions. Identify and develop alliances with distributors and brand owners who are keen to commercialize ProAntro®. Includes developing marketing materials, meetings with potential partners and introduce new product lines to the market
2.Strategy Development & Execution
Drive market analysis and competitive intelligence for both drug and supplement markets to identify growth opportunities and optimize the positions of the products in the key markets. Includes developing Annual and Quarterly activities plan, allocating resources and budgets, set KPIs and deliverables, ensure tracking mechanisms to monitor progress of activities
3.Innovation & Market Expansion
Emphasize innovation and a growth mind-set in expanding the Company’s product lines, new launches and exceptional new products to continuously engage our partners and customers. Build and maintain a broad network of international partners, industry stakeholders and investors across pharmaceutical and supplement sectors. Exhibit strong entrepreneurship in exploring new ideas.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our international expansion by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and managing existing accounts. You will oversee key aspects of international sales, from introducing our product offerings and negotiating pricing to managing projects and closing deals. Additionally, you will represent Phanteks at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, showcasing both your professionalism and ability to build connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities, profitability, and service enhancements.
• Present our products and services to clients clearly and persuasively.
• Oversee international sales accounts, including project tracking, price negotiations, and deal closures.
• Represent Phanteks at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen and expand business relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.
