• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
• Initiating sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential & scheduling appointments.
• Closes sales & fulfill sales goal and prepare relevant Sales Administrative work
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client’s needs
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
• Contributing information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results, identifying needs to be filled, monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer reactions
• Communicate and present Sales Plan/ Report with different levels, including management leave
• Manage and execute Sales Project for the retail staff of our client to upgrade service and achieve sellout in door level

Position Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our international expansion by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and managing existing accounts. You will oversee key aspects of international sales, from introducing our product offerings and negotiating pricing to managing projects and closing deals. Additionally, you will represent Phanteks at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, showcasing both your professionalism and ability to build connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities, profitability, and service enhancements.
• Present our products and services to clients clearly and persuasively.
• Oversee international sales accounts, including project tracking, price negotiations, and deal closures.
• Represent Phanteks at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen and expand business relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.

為客戶規劃 Turn-key 的能源節省與企業永續解決方案,協助其強化 ESG 效益與營運效率。
4.全程參與並協調專案執行流程
從訂單建立、出貨、發票開立到售後服務等階段全程參與,確保專案順利完成、客戶滿意。
5.處理訂單執行過程中發生的問題
若訂單流程中出現異常,需即時解決並提出改善方案,避免日後再次發生類似問題。
6.參與展覽與行銷活動
代表公司出席各類能源產業展會、推廣活動,提升品牌知名度與市場觸及率。
Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport and trust with gas generator potential clients, and follow up the leads daily. Domestic travel is required, oversea travel occasionally.
• Collaborate with team members, vendor to deliver tailored proposals and educate customers on product options.
• Provide turn-key solution of energy-saving and corporation sustainability to customers.
• Engage with customers, participate and coordinate the whole project. This includes all tasks from order entry to invoicing, and also after sales orders.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the ordering process. Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences of similar issues.
• Represent at trade shows and events.
