As an International Sales Manager, you'll be more than a salesperson; you'll be a brand ambassador, market developer, and trusted advisor to our partners across regions.
You'll help introduce and expand both FI EXHAUST and Zacoe's presence in global markets.

Who We're Looking For :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage international accounts independently.
- Business-level proficiency in English. (Additional language is a plus)
- Previous experience in B2B sales or the automotive aftermarket is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel abroad for business trips, trade shows, and client visits.
■ Role Responsibilities:
• Actively develop business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing sales accounts.
• Introduce product features and present the company's core competencies to potential customers and partners.
• Provide technical support and warranty services, and streamline custom requests from users to the factory.
• Negotiate business terms and conditions, and draft contracts for partnerships and agreements.
• Coordinate with global partners for international exhibitions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify current challenges/new business opportunities, develop feasible solutions, and execute strategies.
• Demonstrate self-discipline, self-motivation, and a positive mindset, with the ability to work effectively under high pressure.

Our office, located in Taipei, is composed of team members from many countries in a friendly and international environment. AND we are now looking to fill a starting role in Sales, in a fast-paced start-up environment. The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives.
Job Responsibilities:
● As an SDR your goal is to qualify & develop prospective clients
● Perform outbound cold emailing, messaging & in person meetings to generate leads
● Qualify opportunities, arrange next steps and pass them off to the appropriate sales team member
● Create and maintain a pipeline of contacts of prospective clients
● Provide follow-up on demand-generation activities
● Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
● Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential for CreatorDB products
● Present and articulate product features & benefits
● Work with modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator etc.)
● Weekly report of main KPIs and projects to direct supervisor
Job Requirements

● Excellent communication & email writing skills in English & Mandarin Chinese

● Objection handling experience
● Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity

● Clear and demonstrated understanding of sales needs, social media, and the creator economy
Education/ Work experience:
● Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 0–3 years of job experience
● A degree in Business or Sales related fields is a plus
