Represent manufacturing and act as gatekeeper from manufacturing to D&E function
Add value in overall manufacturing processes such as forming, machining, joining, and assembling

Contribute to the solution of faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat
Identify gaps and drive assigned process improvement projects and successful delivery
Initiate and drive new procedure changes and projects
Develop and maintain networks across several functional stakeholders
Prioritize works and projects based on business situation
Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products
Education
Master degree in technical domain (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics)
Experience
3-5 years working experience in design engineering

1. Guide and coach New Business Development (NBD) teams to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives in alignment with the Delta NBD Management System.
2. Support NBD teams in shaping business strategies, exploring new markets, and fostering ecosystem development.
3. Enhance NBD teams’ ability to build essential core competencies effectively at each development stage.
4. Enable NBD teams to collaborate seamlessly with corporate functions, ensuring efficient alignment with Business Groups (BG), Business Units (BU), and other NBD teams as required for their business development efforts.
5. Promote best practice sharing to continuously improve the Delta NBD Management System.
6. Collaborate with NBD teams to identify business opportunities and deliver valuable insights through comprehensive research reports.
7. Explore emerging business opportunities over the next decade based on anticipated trends and transformations in the coming 5 and 10 years
