[REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCES]
• Successful track record in business development preferably within global inspection and testing industry
• Proven experience in sales, marketing and key account management
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior, and also have experience in Industry (e.g. Automation, Semiconductor,…) or in TIC related services.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills; performance driven
• Ability to work independently and to coordinate several complex activities simultaneously
• Work well under pressure.
