Nature and Scope
This position maintains existing business with accounts and their associated bulk gases expansions, and anything revenue generating. This position will cover bulk gas businesses, South Taiwan onsite account management and biddings assigned by the Taiwan Onsite Manager.
Business Development
• Develop new businesses per customer RFPs and incremental expansions to existing sites, business maintenance and other independent onsite businesses in the south region.
• In conjunction with Liquid Bulk to work out total bulk gases solution per customer requests.
• Communicate bidding requirements across different internal supporting functions, including but not limited to Operations, Project Delivery, Quality, Logistics, Distribution and BDS to form the bidding strategy and tactics.
• Obtain senior management approval through OSDs and Firm Pricing Approval.
• Good communication with customers and negotiate prices per senior management approval.
• Work with Operations and Project Delivery in their acquisition of permits with adherence to government and science / industrial park rules. Will step in to facilitate the process as needed.
• Handle EARs and Scope Changes per requirement.
• Able to monitor project schedule and address issues before they grow too big to become major issues.
Asset Management
• Lead in all aspects of plant projects e.g. ASUs, Gen Gas plants, purifiers, analytical equipment, and capacity improvement, etc. at existing sites.
• Foster/Develop relationship with South Taiwan region customers, meet their needs and to better understand how we can continue adding value to their respective facilities and areas.
• Collect market intelligence and marketing information to manage business risk and support the sales team's bid activities and to constantly update South Taiwan onsite plants' profiles to be ready to be presented internally or externally at any time.
• Contract management to ensure business sustainability which includes business expansion and scope change management.
• Negotiate expansions and scope additions to increase revenue size meeting senior management approved profitability.
• Address renewable energy and carbon emission reduction issues as per customer requests.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide commercial and asset management leadership to new opportunities or major fab retrofits. This also includes adding smaller prospects to load our franchise systems.
• Manage the existing on-site/pipeline assets which includes L/B assets in onsite contracts.
• Lead the strategic planning and coordinate the company's resources across product lines for new opportunities and new product qualification. This also includes working closely with LB team on new territory entry strategy.
• Integrate with LB team to win major onsite and LB business as one company.

Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload
