Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day Human Resources activities for Salcomp India. The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development, and overall employee relations.
Responsibilities:
1) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
2) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4) Manage the recruitment and selection process.
5) Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6) Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
7) Oversee and manage a training and development program.
8) Nurture a positive working environment.
9) Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
10) Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
11) Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
2) Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
3) People-oriented and results-driven.
4) Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
5) Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7) Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

7. Handling of production quality and equipment abnormalities in the SMT/DIP production lines.
8. Participation in product feasibility evaluation meetings.
9. Participation in new product trial production review meetings for SMT/DIP.
10. Leading the evaluation of SMT/DIP line equipment and software.
11. Management of SMT/DIP line personnel and implementation of training.
12. Review of issues encountered during trial production on the SMT/DIP production lines.
13. Acting as the Assistant Manager, participating in external meetings and cross-departmental coordination.
1. Electromagnetic simulation and electrical modeling by using Ansys EM suite.
2. SI/PI high frequency / high speed signal integrity / power integrity / antenna radiation with Ansys EM/ADS systems.
3. 3D full wave FEM/FDTD large-scale simulation and validation with EMpro and HFSS HPC.
4. Signal emulation and performance simulation in PCB/Substrat of optical module.
