1.Create a strategy and plan to achieve the goal with existing and new e-commerce marketplace by creating, managing, and optimizing listings. Responsible for the keywords, SEO, and other digital media operations.
2.Understand market drivers for all brands and develop a strategy that maximizes sales and minimizes conflict.
3.Establish revenue goals by brand, by the marketplace with supporting metrics and reporting.
4.Monitor competitive listings and pricing.
5.Manage all content for the marketplace (slogan, title, descriptions, photos, graphics, videos, etc.) to support the product assortment.
6.Develop innovative ways for listing and e-commerce product storytelling and experiences to drive better results.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
1.Developing North America channels primary focus on System Integrators and B2B customers.
2.Understanding and responding to main competitors’ sales strategies including marketing deliverables, pricing, market share and channels.
3.Working with marketing department to launch the events or campaigns and improving the product contents or display.
4.Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly report to review sales status and further planning for the sales strategies for the upcoming month.
5.Reach and exceed sales target.
6.Partnering with other channel sales to optimize the overall sales revenue.
7.Contributing to the team by conducting crossover sales strategies and teamwork.
