Responsibilities:
.Coordinate with overseas regulatory authorities and third-party organizations for product certification and licensing applications.
.Prepare and maintain documentation and certification processes across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Curacao, Malta, UKGC).
.Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
.Manage and update compliance records, certificates, and KYC/AML (Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering) documentation.
.Provide compliance guidance and support to internal departments such as marketing, operations, and new product launches.
Requirements:
.Bachelor’s degree in Law.
.Experience in regulatory compliance, financial reporting, or license management is preferred.
.TOEIC 850+ or IELTS 7+ equivalent English proficiency (excellent written and spoken English required).
.Detail-oriented, logical thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
.Familiarity with international certification or audit processes (e.g., GLI/BMM) is an advantage.
