Job Description:
This role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager, playing a critical part in driving key
business initiatives across brand development, international expansion, and internal process
optimisation. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, cross-cultural communication
skills, and the ability to independently manage complex, cross-functional projects. This is a highly
trusted and dynamic role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the General Manager in developing and executing mid-to-long-term strategic
initiatives, such as brand development, international market expansion, business structure
optimisation, and overseas subsidiary planning
• Act as a high-level liaison between departments and across international teams, ensuring
alignment, clarity, and execution
• Prepare bilingual (Chinese-English) strategy presentations, meeting notes, project reports, and
internal/external communications
• Represent the GM in discussions with overseas partners, and provide simultaneous or
consecutive interpretation as needed
• Travel internationally as required to support key business meetings, project execution, and
on-site management alignment
• Observe internal team dynamics and organisational structure to provide actionable insights for
process and structure improvements
• Manage critical projects independently on behalf of the GM, coordinating cross-functional
resources and ensuring timely progress
