Introduction to the job As our Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of engineers who assist our Customer Support (CS) organization install, repair and maintain ASML systems at customer sites. You will ensure that our chipmaking systems work as they should – and be part of the technology innovation that’s moving the world forward. You will be a technical expert who will work with coworkers, customer & field support in isolating and solving problems to maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis enhancing functionality and prevent problems. As a Field Service engineer, you’ll need: Associate's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience At least 2 years of experience in the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites is preferred. At least 2 years of experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is preferred.
