YOUR ROLE
Under the guidance of Greater China (GCN) QHSE Head, to lead and coordinate the implementation of CEVA Integrated Management system (Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment) and maintain its compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company policies. To support Taiwan Product departments in continuous improvement in project execution (i.e. AEO, IATA CEIV, GDP, customer audits) and other QHSE inquiries, initiatives and sustainability goals.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Help GCN QHSE Head in Implementation & Maintenance of CEVA IMS in Taiwan, ensure the Systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATA Pharma, GDP, AEO, and TAPA standards.
2. Follow CEVA IMS procedure, to maintain CEVA Audit Management (Internal & External): Plan, execute, and support internal audits, supplier audits, and third-party audits (e.g., IATA CEIV Pharma, AEO, GDP). Ensure timely CAPA follow-up and documentation.
3. HSE local Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations (e.g., Occupational Safety and Health Management Program 臨場服務, lost time injury reporting). Conduct emergency drills, incident reporting, and risk assessments.
4. IMS Document Control & System Records: Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and audit records. Ensure traceability and readiness for audits.
5. QHSE Training & Awareness Programs: Facilitating GCN QHSE training courses delivered to Taiwan staff. Promote awareness of safety, quality, and sustainability practices across departments and warehouse operations.
6. Taiwan Customer & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet customer-specific requirements (e.g., GDP, IATA Pharma, TFDA labeling). Respond to supplier/sustainability questionnaires.
7. Under the instruction of GCN QHSE Head, provide support and facilitation to other functions (i.e. CSR, Security), e.g., Engage for Good, green warehouse solutions, TAPA audits. Help CSR to prepare monthly and quarterly sustainability reports (e.g., PRIMER) under their guidance.
8. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer satisfaction surveys, monitor warehouse QHSE performance, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
