Your Role and Responsibilities :
The part-time HR Intern will work 2.5 days per week and you will:

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including planning and executing recruitment programs(e.g. internship program, campus hire and engagement activities.) , reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Assist with HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems e.g. OT & Leave analysis.
This position could help you to learn HR knowledge by handling full function HR programs, and modern HRIS technology. At the same time, there are several online resources to learn more about HR e.g. Your learning online learning platform, global enablement/ training etc.

- To process New Accounts application to follow through the NAs Desk Instruction guideline and align with regulation required and policy required when receiving or pre-screening for editing all related coding and review all supporting documentation.
- To process and ensure New Accounts align with regulation required and policy required when POB process and accuracy updated in system.
- To process and ensure application forms and media filing correctly and keep confidential and align with regulation required.
- Response for handling Inbound / Outbound calls and follow up the action taken
- To perform New Accounts servicing calls, whilst delivering the first- class customer service.
- Other duties as assigned by Leader.
Qualification:
- College/University degree
- Have Fluent English speaking and written skills both English and mandarin.
- Be Punctual and responsible.
- Must be able to effectively listen to the customer, make a connection, acknowledge and empathize when appropriate.
- Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
- Well communication. Ability to optimally communicate American Express concerns while ensuring customers that they are valued.
- Computer literate with a proven working knowledge of current internet technology and the ability to research information for business related purposes. PC skills, IE, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- General commercial/banking or credit card industry knowledge
- Transparent, patient, adaptable and with good coordinated personality
