• Sales target design and calculation.
• Design of various key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic planning for all branches and wealth management across Taiwan.

Job Purpose :

We are seeking a Telco Sales to work within the Telco Sales Organization with the charter to drive business. The focus will be on Telco, Cloud Service Providers, System Integration Partners, and major accounts in the areas of mobile communications.
-Responsibilities:
1.Engaging with Telecom Operators, Global System Integrator and Telecom Equipment Vendors
RFI/RFP/RFQ response and prepare technical proposal and price BoM.
2.Provide competitors’ solution analysis and feedback to PDM/RD team for future product planning.
3.Work with PDM/RD team to come out value proposition through FAB (Feature-Advantage-Benefit) process.
4.Engage at the management level, such as CxOs, within customer organizations with Quanta/QCT Executives when required.
5.Drive business growth and sales process from opportunity creation, proposal, price negotiation, contract handshake to final accept and payment
6.Secure account targets, provide target forecasts and follow up
