• 協助業務處理合約用印流程
Supported sales with the final internal contract signing and approval process.
• 協助業務團隊與法務單位進行文件溝通、追蹤與往返
Coordinate document communication and follow-up between the Business Development and Legal teams.
• 協助商店進行 LINE Pay 帳號開立及申請作業流程
Assist merchants with LINE Pay account registration and application processes.
• 協助商店處理日常帳務問題與退款需求
Handle merchants’ daily account management issues and refund requests.
• 支援業務團隊日常行政與作業需求(資料彙整、報表更新、流程追蹤)
Provide daily administrative support to the Business Development team, including data collection, report updates, and process tracking.
• 跨部門溝通協調,確保案件流程順暢
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• 完成主管交辦事項
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
