1. 產品品質規範制定與品質系統管理 (1)建立、維護並持續改善 ISO 9001、IATF 16949、ISO 14001 等品質/環境管理系統。 (2)參與 APQP專案（產品先期品質規劃）、控制計畫與 PPAP 文件撰寫。 2. 製程與材料品質監控 (1)製程異常分析與處理（如：缺陷分析、良率分析、客訴處理）。 (2)使用統計手法（SPC、Cp/Cpk）評估製程穩定性與改善方向。 (3)原物料進料檢驗（IQC）、製程中（IPQC）、成品檢驗（FQC）等品質標準審查與管控。 3. 客戶與供應商品質管理 (1)負責客戶品質要求文件、稽核應對、品質改善報告（8D Report）管理。 (2)供應商品質績效管理與異常協調、進行供應商品質稽核（SQA）。 4. 品質稽核與文件管理 (1)規劃與執行內部品質稽核，撰寫稽核報告並追蹤改善狀況。 (2)撰寫與維護品保相關文件：SOP、檢驗規格、異常處理流程等。

1負責制定、實施和維護ISO 13485品質系統，確保產品或服務的品質符合公司和客戶的要求。 2協同品質團隊成員，利用品質管理相關的工具和方法，例如FMEA、8D報告、PDCA等等，分析及發掘現有或潛在問題。 3管理品質系統改善項目，與內部各部門和外部供應商、客戶等進行溝通和內外部稽核協調，確保品質管理的有效實施和持續改進。 4負責品質系統的評估和分析，提出改善建議和行動計劃。 5準備和維護相關品質文件，例如品質手冊、程序、工作指導書等等。
