【The Role】 Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to implement quality assurance program to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards. This position is located at the Entegris Taiwan and is part of our Materials Solutions Division. 【In this role you will】 The Customer Quality Engineer role is dynamic, technical and cross-functional. CQE's interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer, Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact, high output and high visibility that requires a calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities. Primary Responsibilities: • Technically respond to the customer with understanding of the supported products, including standard data analysis, driving 8D investigation and root cause strategies. • Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals. • Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products, regions and companies.
