Role Summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the movement of goods from suppliers up to delivery. Transportation & Distribution Management - Plan, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments arrangement. - Liaise with contract manufacturing, freight forwarders, and trucking service providers. - Monitor pick up and delivery schedules. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination - Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock receiving and shipping status. - Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. 3. Documentation & Compliance - Prepare and verify shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists). - Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies. - Documentation collection 4. Communication & Problem-Solving - Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve shipment issues. - Track and report key logistics KPIs (lead times, freight costs, on-time delivery). 5.
