Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for PEDRO brand Invetory
1. Annual / Seasonal OTB review & fulfilment
2. New launch delivery schedule & plan weekly new arrivals
3. Weekly repeat order submission and management
4. Exit strategy for off-season & slow-movers
5. Pricing, margin & cost (Initial by launch), and markdown & price adjustments
6. Plans and executes ordering and distribution to retail outlets to achieve healthy stock control, movement and inventory levels
7.Generates and analyzes relevant reports to support accurate stocks distribution and identifies slow-moving and top sellable items
8. Works with logistic department on store capacity management, delivery planning, etc,
9. Conducts products and markets analysis on current trends and competitors' action
10. Works with operations teams for Inventory Management, stock taking, audit and control etc
11.Responsible for the brand assigned by the company

1. Support merchandising manager on preparation of various analyzing reports including weekly / monthly / seasonally.
2. To manage seasonal order forms and conduct purchasing and others regarding import.
3. Work closely with logistic team to make sure products being delivered on schedule.
4. In charge of product distribution and consolidation, seasonal in & out plan to make sure effective and competitive product launching.
5. Work closely with retail operation, VM team and provide proper and effective advises to reach target and brand awareness.
6. In charge of maintaining nice and healthy inventory level.
7. To consolidate defective items and feedback to HQ.
8. To prepare and conduct seasonal product training.
• Lead associates in hitting sales targets and observing sales budgets, stock & expenses control
• Co-ordinate shop meetings/briefings to communicate and update information
• Motivate associates and enhance team value, uplift team morale and coaching to associates with negative thinking and behavior
• Arrange/conduct just-in-time product training/information sessions
• Strengthen customer loyalty
• Driving all company initiatives (i.e. impact plans)
• Manage retail store operations with company policy and procedures
• Deliver retail sales & profit according to company targets
• Liaise and coordinate among various supporting functions including merchandising, logistics, finance and IT
• Appraise and council team members as required

1. Manage a large part of the new retail division's merchandise assortment under supervision of the company's Merchandising Director.
2. Maximize revenue generation and profitability via assortment decisions with a clear and constant customer focus.
3. Ensure assortment reflects the current market conditions, customer preferences, competitor offerings and brand positioning strategy of the company.
4. Support decisions upon assortment composition, additions, eliminations and alterations of SKU listings and pricing.
5. Cooperates on a day-to-day basis with the group's wholesale merchandising team and aligns closely with the warehousing & logistics and store operations functions of the retail business.
6. Supports continuous improvement of the assortment.
7. Opportunities to be promoted to higher management positions within the merchandising team after a few years as the company grows.

Job Summary
DTC(Direct to consumer) Merchandising Planning is responsible for leading merchandise planning, buying, and sales performance analysis across accounts, store formats and product categories. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Visual Merchandising, Product, Sales, Sales Operations & Planning and Marketing to ensure optimal space productivity, product allocation and customer experience.
1. Merchandising Planning & Buying
- Plan Open-to-Buy (OTB) and product assortments by account, store format, store tier, and product category based on sales trends and inventory levels.
- Lead the buying process and demand planning by analyzing historical data and market trends to ensure alignment with sales flow and inventory.
- Conduct seasonal and monthly buys at SKU and size level to fulfill product segmentations.
- Partner with relevant teams to develop merchandise strategies for new store openings and renovations, maximizing space utilization and product productivity.
2. Sales Performance Analysis
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis, including product sell-through rates, target achievement, category sales mix...etc.
- Translate business insights into actionable strategies to improve space efficiency, such as zone adjustments and product reallocation.
- Evaluate closely the performance of store new openings and renovations through productivity analysis.
3. Onmi-channel Collaboration
- Monitor upcoming product trends and assortments to collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser on space layout planning and display strategies that align with seasonal themes, product priorities and consumer expectations.
- Act as a key liaison between Product, VM and Marketing teams to ensure product launches and promotional campaigns are supported and executed on time across all store formats to enchance sales performance.
4. Reporting Creation & Maintenance
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to support merchandise strategy and performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness to enable effective decision-making and cross-functional communication.
- Support ad hoc tasks and assignments to ensure team objectives are met efficiently."
Operations
Need to be responsible for the EC sales performance, margin, discount, sell-through, etc.
Merchandising
1.To oversee schedule the preparation of all the products on half.
2.Deal with and organize all analysis reports of EC sales, budgets, etc. related to merchandising needs.
3.To coordinate and liaise the logistics of goods distribution between warehouse and EC customers.
4.Fully understanding of customers need on products and liaise closely with MD colleagues.
5.To assist in Customer service and liaise closely with Bauzun.
6.Well control on return rate and transportation fee.
Marketing
1.To plan the marketing events on official online. Strategy for Promotion and discount activities.
2.Banner propose to Bauzun.
3.Advertisement arrangement to push sales
4.Liaise closely with MD colleagues for hero products to push sales.
5.To monitor all the maintenance and explanation for Official Online with Bauzun.
Stock
To oversee the whole process of the stock transportation and logistics with
WH.
1.To review stock & budget report regularly and make a proper action to control the stock.
2.To manage the stock replenishment to each online channel periodically
3.To assist in the management of return and damaged goods.
Accounting and IT Dept.
To oversee and assist in all the payments between Finance dept and Bauzun.
