Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

1. Closely collaborating with silicon vendor to build up strategy partnership, manage co-engineering/co-marketing activities and create UEFI BIOS product roadmap.
2. Working closely with engineering teams to come out product development plan and define key milestones/deliverables.
3. Drive product development from marketing and customer perspective to ensure product meets customer expectation and leads the market.
4. Manage product development/validation activities throughout product life cycle, including planning, kickoff, development, launch, sustaining and EOL.
5. Own and manage feature requests, including respond to requests from customers, customer support team, project manager and sales; verifying the validity of feature request.
6. Take responsibility for decision in regards to feature/schedule tradeoffs, priority of customer issues, and all other product related issues.
7. Serve as an expert on the product roadmap, including answer questions from the fields, customers and internal teams as well as escalating the appropriate issues to stakeholders.
8. Create promotional materials and promote product to customers for project design-in & design-win.
9. Prepare reports and host meetings to update status and share information with stakeholders.

○ Manage branded IoT products or OEM products: from concept through development milestones to market launch.
○ Work with internal engineering teams to ensure IoT products meet specifications and manufacturing constraints.

○ Ensure quality standards are maintained across both product portfolios before launch/delivery.
● Production & Supply Chain Management
○ Oversee manufacturing for branded products or OEM products: monitor production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

○ Track inventory levels for branded products runs based on client orders.
● Regulatory Compliance & Certifications
○ Navigate regulations for IoT products including import/export requirements and safety standards.
○ Manage certification processes such as BSMI, NCC, FCC or energy efficiency labels for various product lines.
○ Work with certification bodies and ensure all documentation is complete for both product launches.
● Process Optimization & Scaling
○ Support branded product sales: by preparing products for sales channels and providing technical expertise to internal teams.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work with the Operation Team and key stakeholders to:
- Own and improve the company’s core internal systems — including Admin, CRM, Onboarding, and Payment — ensuring stability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience across customer and staff journeys.
- Plan and deliver website-related projects, writing clear requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
- Prioritise backlog and make trade-offs in sprint and release planning.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive, conversion-optimized journeys.
- Contribute ideas to integrate trading-related features into the digital experience.
▍Skills & Experience
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for user experience, ensuring every feature not only works flawlessly but also feels intuitive and engaging for customers.
- Preferred experience in enterprise internal systems, with familiarity in Payment workflows (transaction processing, reconciliation, fraud prevention) and CRM platforms (customer lifecycle management, data integrity, user journey optimisation).
