Position Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate / Manager in supporting the company’s planned IPO in the U.S. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing IPO-related communications, working with Finance Department, supporting capital markets engagement and managing investor materials.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure a successful IPO and build a best-in-class investor relations function.
Main jobs:
-Preparation of IR materials, attending investor conference calls, contributing to PR communication
-Creation and maintenance of financial models
-Build and expand a network of buy side contacts in the US/EU/UK and Asia
-Preparation of the materials for the Prospectus and regular financial releases
-Liaising with Finance Department regarding the U.S. regulatory review and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CPA or CFA is plus.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or related field.
Prior experience supporting a U.S. IPO or SEC disclosure process (e.g., Form S-1, 10-K, 10-Q) is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to simplify complex financial and technical topics.
1. Conduct requirement analysis and solution design for various applications, including Asia Barcode Solution (ABS) and WebQuote, ensuring the delivery of effective and scalable IT solutions.
2. Handle critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
3. Contribute to internal AI initiatives, including implementation and support of AI-driven features.
4. Support the integration of Japan operations into the APAC region, ensuring alignment of systems and processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

• Responsible for viewing and monitoring the video surveillance television monitors for unauthorized and/or unsafe actions.
• Responsible for monitoring the access control system computer for visible and audible alarms.
• Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all life safety, gas storage, access control and loss prevention systems and related subsystems. Must be able to prioritize alarm criticality and utilize available resources effectively.
• Dispatch security personnel as required in the event of security or safety alarms, security systems service calls and emergency response dispatches.
• Interact with a variety of persons, including: companies, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain Key control.
• Notify, assist, and direct emergency personnel as necessary.
• Dispatch patrol as needed.
• Complete job-related forms and/or logs and incident reports as needed.
• Participate in testing of security system on regular maintenance schedule.
• Observe and report all unusual activity.
• Report all building utility and service issues as observed and instructed to facilities.
• Monitor the movements and locations of all account security personnel in order to expedite service requests, and emergency response and to ensure employee safety.
• Responsible for proper operation and monitoring of all security telephone, paging, radio and intercom communication systems.
• As required provide training for new security operations center personnel.
• Manage employee, guest, and visitor comments and complaints with one-touch service. One-touch service means an Operator has the autonomy and authority to handle any customer needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Photomask needs of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan and China.
