1.CNC銑床機台操作、保養  2. 熟練編寫CNC銑床程式。  3. 熟練操作CNC銑床、獨立加工零件。  4.懂MasterCAM軟體 5. 需配合平日及假日加班者尤佳 6. 上班時段為固定班制，無需輪班 早班:08:00~17:10、晚班:16:50~01:00 (晚班津貼5,000元) (新進同仁皆須在日班受訓，轉換班制後開始計算津貼)

1.使用CAD/CAM軟體（如：Mastercam、UG NX、MegaMILL）進行零件加工路徑設計與程式編寫，執行模擬與驗證。 2.使用CAD軟體（如AutoCAD、SolidWorks等）繪製模治具及夾爪圖面，提案進行發包。 3.編寫製程標準書、PCP、加工流程表、刀具清單等，記錄機台異常與維修紀錄，維護加工資料庫。 4.成品首件與外觀確認、線上巡檢抽查，車間晨會異常原因分析與改善。 5.設備日/周/月/季點檢落實稽核與潤滑保養指導、設備異常提出。 6.跨部門溝通與技術支援，與開發、品保部門溝通協調，處理製程及圖面等技術問題。 7.刀具選用及優化管理 ，執行刀具優化專案，降低刀具成本。 8.主管交辦事項處理 讓你勝出的條件： 1.CNC車床、能獨立架刀、現場實務能力1年以上、具備傳統車床加工能力。 2.基本3D繪圖能力、基本視圖、CAD/CAM(熟AutoCAD/MEGACAD佳)。
