Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
1. Perform project planning.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Marine Engineer with a strong background in marine operations, either through a relevant bachelor's degree or hands-on experience. As part of the Construction Team, a cross-project department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for marine operations-related SoW, including supporting the management of offshore contract performance and composing the procedures and templates. This may involve tasks such as overseeing CTV operations, weather forecasting, and Metocean data analysis, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Duty MC Shift
Take full responsibility for independently managing on-duty Marine Coordinator (MC) shifts.
2. Marine Engineer
Enhance Marine Coordination practices by creating templates.
Vessel Performance Calculation and Analysis, under the management of the Construction Team.
Responsible for Offshore wind related document.
Obtain relevant permits, including Marine MPB, NCC, and MoDA.
Manage offshore related stakeholders.
Manage designated marine operation-related contracts.
Be prepared to sail offshore as required to oversee vessel operations, conduct inspections, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This may involve business trips and offshore assignments as necessary.
Supervise vessel operations and ensure they comply with industry standards and safety regulations while offshore.
Conduct vessel on-hire Inspections.

•Resolve technical issues related to ship engineering, coordinate materials allocation, and liaise with repair contractors to ensure smooth vessel navigation.

•Develop and plan repair operation standards (e.g., dry-docking procedures) and workflows to ensure effective execution of ship maintenance plans and enhance operational efficiency.

For our ongoing and future projects in Taiwan, we are looking for project engineers to prepare and coordinate our work activities.
As a project engineer, you will
- Coordinate works, suppliers and subcontractors, whilst maintaining operational control;
- Report on the progress and completion of these works;
- Procure the necessary materials and services needed for these works; and
- Engineer the work execution methodology, working closely together with the direct colleagues, JDN's competence centres and specialists

Profile:
You are an electrical/ civil/ industrial or mechanical engineer, hands-on and eager to learn. You have strong communication skills and a can-do mentality. You are multilingual and excellent in understanding/ writing and speaking English as well as Mandarin (Traditional Chinese).

• Assist GWO Certification, PPE and equipment management, ensuring equipment is certified and fit for use.
• Logging and reporting of all SOC.
• Reporting of all accidents and incidents.
• Preparation and submission of monthly SHEQ Report.
• Preparation of client reports.
• Assist issue of shift rotation plan.
• Accurately record shift schedules and generate personnel allowance lists and working hours.
• Completion of daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate personnel arrangements in accordance with project vessels.
• Any other project specific needs as directed by the Project Manager.
