As the Inside Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and serve as a player-coach-supporting your team’s performance while also collaborating with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily team operations. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and who is passionate about developing early-career sales talent. Key Responsibilities ●       Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of six SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and structured development plans. ●       Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement. ●       Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows that maximize appointment setting and pipeline contribution. ●       Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped to succeed. ●       Reporting & Insights: Maintain clear reporting on team activities and outcomes. Use data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. ●       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment across the funnel. ●       Executive Communication: Regularly engage with senior leadership to share results, insights, and strategic recommendations.   Requirement ●       Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, including at least 2 years in a people management role. Experience managing SDRs or inside sales teams preferred. ●       Coaching Ability: Demonstrated success developing junior team members into high performers. ●       Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate up, down, and across the organization. Strong executive presence. ●       Metrics-Driven: Deep understanding of pipeline generation KPIs and sales metrics. ●       Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly). ●       Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. ●       Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin Other Experience Preferred ●       Experience in B2B Service, SaaS or technology sales ●       Prior success in quota-carrying sales roles ●       Familiarity with SPICED, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
