【Job Summary】
As an Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing product developing trends, clarifying and meeting clients’ needs, and achieving largest sales goals.
【Responsibilities】
1. Beginning stage: investigate external market, execute marketing plan, learn clients’ needs, and come up with new product development roadmap with internal engineering team
2. Middle stage: take charge of and manage NPI to MP process
3. Final stage: provide clients with thorough consulting services and eliminate any product quality related issues
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Project Manager to lead projects from concept through to completion. This role requires managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet both quality standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss and define project requirements with clients and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Oversee all project phases, from design to production, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
- Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing effective management and mitigation strategies.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage project development from initiation to completion. This role involves:
1. Discussing product details and project needs with clients.
2. Ensuring products meet customer expectations by communicating needs to the factory.
3. Monitoring design and production timelines.
4. Working with sales to tap into new markets.
5. Overseeing all project phases, including testing and final approvals.
1. Existing accounts business management
- Customer forecast, quotation, PO and order fulfillment management and executions.
- Overall account management (QCDS) to ensure overall customers satisfactions.
- Continuous new project and business initiatives.
2. New accounts business approach through cross function team working with product marketing and engineering teams.
- Business and/or products experiences in servers and storage industry.
- Skills and tools to explore and identify potential customers/business.
- Promote company's products and solutions through internal team members' support.
- Work with customers to develop company's product solutions to meet customers demand.
