【工作內容】
• 負責促銷娛樂場推廣活動,為客戶提供最新最適合的資訊,協助客人於服務櫃檯辦理會藉及獎品換領。
• 招募客人並推銷加入會員, 推廣會員福利和優惠。
• 執行娛樂場推廣活動,包括參與登記、抽獎、宣布結果、分發傳單和兌換獎品等任務。
• 向客戶推廣公司的最新資訊及盛事活動。
• 依照標準作業程序協助客人安排交通、餐飲、娛樂相關安排。
• 處理日常營運工作,解答客人問題等。
• 了解度假村的營運模式及運作。
【應徵條件】
• 中學程度或以上,大學畢業優先。
• 1年以上客戶服務工作經驗優先。
• 語言能力:國語和英語(主要系統用英語),懂廣東話優先
• 有澳門工作經驗者佳
【薪資待遇】
◎工作地:澳門市内
◎給薪:MOP $18,000 – $22,500 (基本月薪)(約台幣75,000~)
◎試用期:3個月
◎工作時間:5 days / week;9.6 hours / day
(Must be able to work on 24 hours, weekends, and public holidays)
(值班日可享1餐)
◎酌情獎金

• Signing up new players to reach the set target and explain our membership program
• Refer potential player to sales team to follow up
• Meets, greets and delivers excellent customer service to in house table and slots players
• Arranges hotel, transportation, room amenities and other needs for in house players
【應徵條件】
•Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in sales marketing or customer service field
• Possess excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
• Good communications skills

•Preferably with work experience in Macau.

Position: Merchandising Manager (Experienced)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end merchandising operations (factory to retail).
Develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned with sales targets and customer demand.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.
Manage product assortments, pricing strategies, and retail displays to maximize sales.
Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to drive profitable decisions.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field.
Experience:
10+ years of proven experience in merchandising, buying, or product planning.
Strong background in factory-side coordination and retail execution.
Experience handling seasonal customer requirements (e.g., fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods).
Leadership Skills:
Team management experience.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and marketing.
Key Competencies
Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and tight seasonal deadlines.

面試通過者,將安排於台北總公司實習三個月,並依學習能力及表現外派至各國廠區,持續儲備幹部養成計畫。
We are also looking for candidates who have previously worked as a Factory Manager, Deputy Factory Manager, IE Manager, Production Planning Manager, or Assistant Production Manager.
1. Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline.
2. Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval.
3. Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product.
4. Meet the co-operate timeline thru sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis.
5. Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples)
6. Follow up the production schedule; work with planning team to ensure ship the finished goods on time.
7. Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness.
8. Updating system to status report is a must.
